LEGAL BASES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE DRAW

1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION

 

The artist Juan Saturio residing in Ciudad Real, identified with DNI number 05700034-J, organizes the raffle (hereinafter, "the Promotion") at a national and international level, to be developed through the users of the Instagram Social Network, in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.

The purpose of this raffle is to reward a single lucky user with a White nights professional watercolor kit of 12 tubes of 10ml, from Nevskaya Palitra. @Nevskayapalitra_world is the account in charge of sending the watercolor kit with shipping costs included, but it will not be sent to Uruguay, Peru, Paraguay, Ecuador, Australia or Finland for reasons beyond the account. Nevskayapalitra_world cannot pay the taxes that may be charged by customs in some countries.

If you refuse to pay the shipping costs, if any, it is understood that you waive the Prize and reject any right to claim. In this case, the prize will go to the following  alternate on the list.

 

 

2.-START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion  will begin on March 16, 2023 with the publication of the Draw and will end on Tuesday, March 22 at 11:59 p.m. according to the Spanish time zone (UTC +1).

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

Those who reside in any country and are over 18 years of age may participate.

• Only those Participants who are holders of an Instagram account may participate.

• Participants must tag a friend in comments during the participation period in  the publication of the Draw on the social network instagram.

• In addition to the comment, the user must be a follower of the instagram pages @juansaturio_art and @nevskayapalitra_world

• It will be optional to share the publication in a story and thus, if you win, you will be awarded a second prize. It will be verified that it has been shared during the participation period.

• Each new comment from the same user will be considered as a new participation.

 

4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES

The winner will be chosen through the App-sweepstakes platform or similar at random. There will be only one lucky one. The winner will be notified on Wednesday, March 23 throughout the day through the social profiles de  @juansaturio_art, along with the certificate of validity of the draw. In addition to the winner, several substitutes will be chosen, in case any of those chosen do not meet the participation requirements of these bases.

The prize may NOT be exchanged for cash or for any other prize, nor can it be subject to change or alteration, unless subsequently agreed by Juan Saturio.

The holding of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize are subject to current tax regulations.

 

 

5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

          _cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ If it is evident that any of the Participants does not meet the requirements set forth in the Bases, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.

6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image will not be allowed either.  We will not be responsible for damages caused by comments made by Participants in the Promotion, and that at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other Participants.

7.-RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the Participant regarding the prize you get from this Promotion.

We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events that could prevent the promotion from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.

8.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

​

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant with the acceptance of these Legal Bases consents that their personal data be incorporated into a file, owned by it, with the purpose of managing the draw, as well as disseminating and publicize their results, and process the delivery of the prize. We inform you that you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Opposition, Limitation of treatment, Portability, forgetfulness and not be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an e-mail tojuansaturio@hotmail.comattaching a copy of an identification document.

 

9.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not harm or impair the rights of the Participants in the Promotion.

The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Bases. Likewise, participation in a draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which it is carried out.

 

10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These legal bases will be governed in accordance with the laws established in Spain. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence of the Participants will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these bases.
